Martis Camp Reports Milestone Sales For First Half of 2013
Truckee, CA (PRWEB) July 09, 2013 -- Martis Camp, a private golf and ski community in North Lake Tahoe, has announced a total of 77 property sale commitments totaling $100 million since January 1, 2013, their highest volume to date for a six-month sales period. More than 70 percent of the master-planned community’s 663 home sites have sold to date, with a total of 324 custom homes built, in design or under construction, and only 185 homesites remaining in inventory.
