Mashable and America’s Test Kitchen Partner for Interactive Dinner Parties
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 04, 2015 -- Mashable, the leading media company for the digital generation, and America’s Test Kitchen today announced they are joining together to host a series of live streaming, interactive dinner parties live from the America’s Test Kitchen studios in Brookline, MA. The program will be part of Mashable Studio’s growing array of original video programming and branded entertainment for distribution across a variety of platforms.
“We’re excited to create a multi-media dinner party for the Mashable community, similar to an IRL party there will be conversation, introductions to new people and, of course, questions about the food,” said Eric Korsh, Director of Mashable Studios. “Partnering with the team behind America’s Test Kitchen will give our audience a chance to enjoy and learn from the experts in creating amazing, foolproof dishes.”
The series consists of 8 virtual dinner parties hosted by David Vos and will include on-air commentary from several of America’s Test Kitchen’s best known personalities, who will both lead the cooking portion of the show and respond to viewer questions submitted over Periscope and Twitter during the broadcast.
“The Mashable team is an innovator in using digital platforms in new ways to provide entertainment, information and engaging experiences to their audiences,” said David Nussbaum, CEO of America’s Test Kitchen. “As we build on ATK’s great base of content and expertise, partnerships like this will help our personalities and test kitchen team reach an even wider audience. Not to mention, our team thinks this will be a great deal of fun.”
You can watch all of the dinner parties on Mashable’s Periscope account, which can be found here.
