Massachusetts Mediator Jeffrey Fink Launches New Website
Wellesley, MA (PRWEB) November 14, 2014 -- Jeffrey Fink, a noted collaborative attorney, mediator, arbitrator and advisor outside of Boston, Massachusetts, announces the release of a new website, bostonfamilymediation.com. Aimed at helping clients learn more about the benefits of mediation and Collaborative Law in resolving divorce and other legal issues arising from family conflicts – including family business and estate conflicts – Mr. Fink’s new website highlights the alternative dispute resolution services he provides in these difficult matters.
“This new website will give potential clients a sense of why to choose mediation or Collaborative Law over other alternatives when these sorts of disputes arise, and how I can help them define conflict resolution in terms that are less contentious and more beneficial than the atmosphere litigation offers,” says Mr. Fink. “Litigation has its place, but it’s not for everyone. It has always been my goal to make mediation and other ADR processes simple, easily understood and effective, and I hope this new website advances that cause.” The new website will supplement his existing website, jfinklawadr.com, which will continue to focus on business law services.
Mr. Fink gives back to the community through service on the mediation panel of the Community Dispute Settlement Center and the arbitration panels of the Massachusetts Legal Fee Arbitration Board and the Better Business Bureau. He shares his unique perspective on conflict resolution as an experienced martial artist at kungfumediation.com, among other places, and uses it to help others find the right dispute resolution path.
Mr. Fink is also a member of a number of professional organizations including the American Bar Association (where he serves as the Vice-Chair of the Ethics Subcommittee of the Dispute Resolution Section’s Collaborative Law Committee), the Massachusetts Bar Association, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council (where, among other things, he serves as Co-chair of the Civil Committee and a member of the Public Education Committee) and the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation.
