Matan Signs Long-Term Lease with Precision Doors & Hardware at its New Wedgewood West Warehouse Project in Frederick, MD
Frederick, MD (PRWEB) January 08, 2016 -- Shortly after breaking ground on its newest warehouse development, Matan Companies announces that Precision Doors & Hardware, a division of The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC, has signed a long-term lease for 26,805 square feet in Frederick, Maryland. Precision Doors & Hardware is a supplier of commercial doors, frames, hardware and accessories, with eight locations serving the mid-Atlantic region. The lease with Precision is the first signed at Matan’s new six-building 675,000 square foot Wedgewood West Business Park, where construction of Phase I began last month.
Phase I of the Wedgewood West project consists of two buildings, which total 180,000 square feet of 30’ clear height, state-of-the-art industrial space. The projected delivery of the buildings is mid-summer of 2016. The remaining four buildings, which make up phase II, will begin delivery in early 2017. Leasing activity on the remainder of the space is strong, with several deals pending announcement.
