Matthew A. Kaness, Former Chief Strategy Officer at Urban Outfitters, Inc., Joins ModCloth as New CEO

Kaness. The appointment comes as ModCloth continues to scale its operations and expand its distribution.

He also brings a wealth of understanding and appreciation for multi-channel retail, social, branding, merchandising and product development.
