Mattress1One to Donate Hundreds of Beds to Kids in Need in Florida
Orlando, FLorida (PRWEB) February 11, 2016 -- Every night hundreds of kids are forced to sleep on hard, cold floors. They are suffering, helpless, hoping and dreaming of a more comfortable world. While many children are fortunate to sleep in their own comfortable beds, these children do not have this opportunity. As has been repeatedly demonstrated by various studies, a good night’s sleep is essential to every facet of human life: from having the mental energy to perform well at school, to having the physical energy to perform the daily tasks that any child must perform. Furthermore, proper sleep is very important to a child’s growth cycle; the body needs this time to properly produce the required building blocks that facilitate human growth. Finally, in children as well as adults, chronic fatigue, due to a lack of proper sleep causes the immune system to deteriorate and hinders its ability to fight of diseases.
Mattress1one cares about the Florida communities that have been its home over the years and is launching this new initiative to reach out to charities that service underprivileged kids aged 2-15 to donate beds so that these children can have a comfortable, supportive and sanitary place to sleep in each night. Mattress1one views a good night’s sleep as a health requirement, and will be donating hundreds of beds throughout Florida to ensure that underprivileged children can have a good night’s sleep.
“Mattress1one’s mission statement has always been to provide a good night’s sleep, and every child deserves this, regardless of their economic situation” Maged Salem, President of Mattress1one was quoted as saying. “The Florida community has many deserving children that we would like to help.”
