Maui Wowi Franchise Advisory Council Gathers in Colorado
Greenwood Village, CO (PRWEB) October 05, 2013 -- Maui Wowi Hawaiian, gourmet coffee and fruit smoothie franchise company, recently hosted a three-day meeting with its Franchise Advisory Council at the Colorado headquarters. The six person team, consisting of regional representatives from Idaho, California, Texas, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Illinois, gathered to discuss best practices, strategic goals, and new tools to help further the success of the franchise system.
The FAC comes together twice a year to follow up on initiatives and provide a voice for the entire system. Members of the FAC are elected by the franchisees in their region and are a liaison between the headquarters, also known as the “Mainland,” and the franchisees all over the United States. They host weekly calls with the franchisees in their regions to get feedback and relay information.
“Our visit to the Mainland this September was a milestone. So much progress has happened this year and has revealed depth into the strength of Maui Wowi and its future,” said DuAnne Redus, a longtime member of the FAC.
Each FAC representative is also an active franchisee working events, owning stores, doing catering, or operating multiple units. They have made it a priority to be present at these meetings and have great respect for the responsibility that has been placed on them to bring benefit back to their regions. During the meetings, the FAC works together with the Mainland to address obstacles and accomplishments in their efforts of achieving the goals they established earlier in the year.
The company released a sneak peak of some of the unique tools they are working on in order to make data-driven decisions and reach a higher standard. Upcoming partnerships and ways to help lift the brand to new heights were also on the agenda.
