For three days, top-performing franchisees and company leaders from the “Mainland” home office led informative breakout sessions, one-on-one training and panel discussions that educated franchise owners on successful business strategies to expand their business, increase speed of operations, attract more customers and boost sales. Ron Kramer, a retired Maui Wowi Hawaiian franchisee who passed away this year, was awarded the ‘Ohana Member of the Year award in memoriam. Kramer was selected by his fellow ‘ohana members to receive this award due to his exemplification of the true Aloha Spirit and the Power of the ‘Ohana.
