Sunday Max's will feature special kegs and bottles from Oxbow Brewery and Perennial Ales. Finally on Monday, Max's will release a special collaboration with Brewers Art Brewery called 72 Hour Sour.
Monday Max's Taphouse will be featuring sour beers. Sour beers have made a huge resurgence in the world of beers. Max's will feature over 40 kegs of sour beer and over 60 bottles. Max's Taphouse will feature a special lover beer selection of beers by the glass from 20 different vintages of 1.5 litter lover beers.
"This year we have incorporated even more sour beers into our Monday celebration," says owner Ron Furman. "We are finding that women love the sour beers as much as the men do. Furthermore, a lot of women whom love wine can easily be converted to Belgian beer lovers." Cellarman and General Manager Casey Hard says "it is amazing how many requests we get for our unique Belgian beers that we feature at this festival. Unfortunately, we are unable to inventory these beers all year long because the belgian breweries only brew a small amount. We are very fortunate to get what we receive from the belgian breweries for this festival that is now known all over the world."
No where in the United States can you find an event with so many Belgian Beers under one roof. This year's food menu includes a selection of Belgian Chocolates to further satisfy your epicurian curiosity. Of course, Belgian Frites will be included on the menu; an attendees favorite.
This is Max's Taphouse 10th Annual Belgian Beer Festival designed to showcase these incredible beers.
