McGeough Lamacchia Realty Announces Anthony Lamacchia as Sole Owner
Waltham, MA (PRWEB) September 25, 2014 -- McGeough Lamacchia Realty, a full service real estate company, announced that as of yesterday Anthony Lamacchia is the sole owner of the company. John McGeough has decided to pursue opportunities in commercial and residential development projects.
McGeough Lamacchia Realty was launched by John McGeough and Anthony Lamacchia in 2005 and has been on a strong growth track ever since. In 2012 and 2013, the company sold more than 500 homes in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, and is on track to achieve the same in 2014. The company is on the Inc. 500/5000 list for the third year in a row being recognized as one of the nation’s fastest growing companies.
“John and I have had a great partnership and friendship for over ten years. The partners began to quietly implement the leadership change during the summer of 2013 after John had expressed a desire to pursue other real estate interests in commercial and residential development.

John will continue to be affiliated with the firm as a real estate agent for the purpose of selling the new homes he develops in his new venture.
