MDI Group Appoints Chris Cain to Chief Sales Officer

In this position, Cain will be leading the development of MDI Group’s sales division with a greater focus on the pursuit and fulfillment of enterprise accounts.
Cain comes to MDI Group with 27 years of leadership experience in IT staffing. Most recently, he served as Partner at M9 Solutions where he was responsible for managing three business units, doubling the headcount of recruiters and account executives, and improving the company’s gross profit by 80 percent in a two-year span. Prior to M9 Solutions, Cain built his staffing leadership experience across a number of firms, responsible for managing regional teams, developing national accounts, and growing organic revenue in strategic markets.
