MDI Group Wins Inavero’s 2016 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for Second Year in a Row

This is the second consecutive year MDI Group has won awards for two categories based on feedback from both clients and placed job candidates. Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, less than two percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada comprise the list of award recipients.
MDI Group’s satisfaction ratings were more than three times the staffing industry averages from client respondents, and more than two times the industry average for talent respondents. Inavero’s awards utilize the Net Promoter® methodology and are based completely on satisfaction ratings provided by each staffing company’s clients and job candidates. To be eligible for an award, each participating agency had to provide Inavero with a list of 100% of the clients and talent who were placed on assignment for three months or more, and must have received a survey response rate of at least 20 percent.
