Meadow Burke Hires Director of Research and Development
Tampa, FL (PRWEB) July 27, 2015 -- Professional Engineer, Gary Hartman, has joined Meadow Burke as the Director of Research and Development. Meadow Burke, a premier manufacturer and distributor for the concrete construction industry, recently welcomed Gary who brings to Meadow Burke a wealth of professional experience and a robust educational background with degrees in Architectural and Civil Engineering from Drexel University. “I am excited to join this dynamic team of professionals at a time when Meadow Burke is renewing their focus on innovation and R&D. As the Director of Research and Development, Gary will work closely with the New Product Development and Engineering Teams to provide dedicated support to the development of new, proprietary products for Meadow Burke. Gary will use his expertise and knowledge in product development and strategic planning to conduct extensive research and analyses pertaining to product innovation from initial concept until the new products are used in the field. Gary and his colleagues at Meadow Burke will continue creating new innovations to push the boundaries of concrete construction while delivering solutions that improve safety, quality and profitability for Meadow Burke’s customers. Gary’s past experience includes working for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for nearly two decades in a variety of capacities including the assessment of promising new materials and construction methods. For the past seven years, Gary served as the Director of the Materials Laboratory for Intertek-ATI in York, PA.
