Medeco Wins ASIS 2017 Accolades Competition - Security’s Best Award - for Medeco XT Dual-Technology Cylinder

The Medeco XT Dual-Tech retrofit cylinder is designed for both accountability and rapid-entry applications. It combines two cylinder technologies—the Medeco XT electronic cylinder and the Medeco X4 mechanical cylinder—in one mortise cylinder housing.
• The Medeco XT electronic cylinder provides everyday access and gives the user full control and accountability by leveraging all of the features of Medeco’s powerful XT Web Manager software.
• The Medeco X4 mechanical cylinder is ideal for local fire departments because it uses simple and familiar mechanical key technology, allowing rapid entry for inspections or emergency responses.

The Medeco XT Dual-Tech Cylinder uses existing hardware so no hard wiring is required and is a direct retrofit for most mortise lock applications. Product can be ordered either pinned or sub-assembled for the Medeco X4 cylinder and includes two keys.
