Consumers will be able to access their points from a loyalty account where they can cash out points, receive redemptions, or exchange it for other points like frequent flyer miles.
“Our program, that aspect of the points exchange, we’ve got that as part of our platform. But it is not the main driver. The main driver is to allow small businesses to create their own loyalty-incentive program that rivals the big guys in the way that works for them,” continued Duchenne.
Mplifyr is available to business without a contract, subscription fees, or monthly fees. Businesses utilizing the loyalty platform purchase a certain amount of points per month, if the company runs out, it is easy to purchase more.
