He has been quoted on employment and labor law issues in the Bergen Record, the Star Ledger, and the New York Times. He maintains numerous professional memberships and has served as a guest lecturer numerous times for universities around the country.
Mr. Weiner holds bar admissions in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York, the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit. He has been published in three prominent law journals and has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for his expertise in employment and labor law.
