Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) September 15, 2015 -- MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets is pleased to announce its expansion into Indiana with the addition of Circle City Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital to its network of medical centers. MedVet will expand the offerings and access to emergency and specialty veterinary care in the Indianapolis community. The medical center has been renamed MedVet Indianapolis.
“We are very excited to be expanding into Indiana and the Indianapolis community,” said MedVet President, Dr. Eric Schertel. “Area veterinarians and pet owners have trusted Circle City to provide emergency and specialty care for their animals. We have served many Indianapolis community veterinarians and their clients from our MedVet hospitals. One of our commitments is to provide the highest quality and most conveniently accessible expert specialty and emergency care; so the acquisition of Circle City and expansion into Indiana was a natural move once the opportunity arose. We intend to expand the services offered while continuing to deliver exceptional patient care and client services.”
Dr. Terry Grieshaber said, “MedVet Indianapolis will continue to provide existing specialty and 24-hour emergency services. Our goal is to fuse the strength and reputation of Circle City with MedVet’s well-known specialty healthcare focus to provide a full service specialty and emergency hospital that serves as an extension of local practices.”
In addition to Indianapolis, MedVet operates a network of ten medical centers in Ohio, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Alabama, is committed to delivering the highest quality, most compassionate specialty and emergency veterinary care available in the nation.
