MedVision Announces Technology Acquisition
Arlington Heights, IL. (PRWEB) July 29, 2015 -- MedVision has announced the acquisition of source code technology assets of Health Access Solutions’ products Access Express 5.2, CareMechanix, Flutter, CareSprocket and CareIntellix.
The products are used in over 26,000 physician offices serving 2.5M member lives across lines of business that include commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lives. This technology is used to manage decisions at the point of care under risk-sharing agreements between providers and payers addressing the myriad of administrative functions, process and clinical workflows of extended care teams across diversified platforms and technology.
