Meer of Friedland Realty Leases Two Liberty Travel Locations in Manhattan

The two locations total more than 6,000 square feet of space.
The new location at 25 W. 14th Street features 33 feet of frontage on 14th street, more than 20-foot ceiling heights and 3,100 total square feet on the ground floor.
In addition, Meer also brokered the lease for an expansion of Liberty Travel’s flagship onto the second floor of J.C. Dwight Management’s 269 Madison Avenue. The 3,118 square-foot expansion adds to the current 10,000 square feet space on the ground floor. Both the expansion and the new location will open in the fall.
