Meeting Professionals International Primed to Deliver Premier Education, Opens Free Registration for Smart Monday at IMEX America
Dallas (PRWEB) September 18, 2013 -- Meeting Professionals International (MPI) is proud to showcase its industry expertise at the upcoming IMEX America 2013 tradeshow in Las Vegas this October. As the strategic partner and premier education provider of IMEX America, MPI will deliver best-in-class professional development opportunities as part of its signature Smart Monday program and its presentation of keynote speakers for the general sessions. In addition, the MPI Foundation will host Rendezvous, the IMEX America Night — a fundraising and networking event.
Scheduled before the start of the exhibition on October 14, Smart Monday Powered by MPI will feature more than 20 education and deep dive sessions. Topics include strategic meetings management, hybrid meetings, leadership development and international communications. Attendees can earn up to 4.75 clock hours if they attend a session in every concurrent time slot that day. Online registration for this complimentary program is now open.

Eileen McDargh – Radical Resilience: Staying Rightside Up In A World That’s Upside Down
Eileen McDargh, an organizational resiliency consultant, will discuss how radical resilience requires the courage to challenge, commit, and contribute in ways that positively impact both today as well as many tomorrows. She will provide a four-part model for methodically tackling the tough issues and explore what great leaders do to inspire teams to stay in the game and thrive.

Jenn Lim – Take Your Event from Informational to Inspirational
Jenn Lim will share stories from her experience as a Zappos consultant and how she is working to nudge the world to be a happier place. This CEO & Chief Happiness Officer of Delivering Happiness will discuss how happiness can be used as a business model for any industry or environment.
Thursday, October 17
Devon Harris – Be Inspired. Get Motivated and Keep...On...PUSHING!
Author Devon Harris will bring this message of how everyone can keep on pushing and working for their dreams every day of their personal and professional lives. He will share lessons from his experience with the first Jamaican bobsled team as well as tools that professionals can immediately apply to their lives in order to reach higher levels of success.

In addition, the MPI Foundation will host Rendezvous, the IMEX America Night on Wednesday evening, October 16, at the PURE Nightclub at Caesars Palace.
