MeisterTask Launches Collaborative Task Management Tab for Microsoft Teams
San Francisco, United States (PRWEB) January 25, 2018 -- German software developer MeisterLabs is proud to announce an integration between its online task management solution, MeisterTask, and Microsoft Teams, the hub for teamwork in Microsoft Office 365.
With the new MeisterTask tab, teams can collaborate on task management within their Microsoft Teams channels, via shared project boards and tasks. The MeisterTask tab allows team members to create projects and tasks, assign work and leave feedback, all from inside the Teams app. Users can continue to utilize the Teams chat area concurrently, meaning discussions and plans can be converted into action, without leaving the Teams app.
Within each Microsoft Teams channel, teams can choose to either link existing MeisterTask project boards or create new projects. Once linked, all members of the Teams channel with a MeisterTask account can view and collaborate within the project. If Teams members aren’t yet signed up for MeisterTask, they can sign up in seconds, via the Office 365 login.
Any work completed within the linked projects will be updated in real-time across all MeisterTask apps, meaning projects can be tracked by all team members, whether they’re using MeisterTask in Microsoft Teams, via the browser, or via the MeisterTask desktop or mobile apps.
