Memphis in May Announces 2015 Beale Street Music Festival Line-up
Memphis, Tenn. (PRWEB) February 25, 2015 -- Once again, Memphis in May will deliver an outstanding and diverse list of musical acts to entertain the expected 100,000 guests that will travel from across the country and all over the world to enjoy the 2015 Beale Street Music Festival (BSMF). The Beale Street Music Festival at Tom Lee Park May 1-3, 2015 launches the month-long Memphis in May celebration that includes the Beale Street Music Festival, International Salute to Poland, the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest, and the AutoZone Sunset Symphony.
Headliners:
Headline acts this year include today’s pop and rock stars: International icon and four-time Grammy award winner, Lenny Kravitz; pop sensation Ed Sheeran, who has had six top 40 hits since bursting on the music scene in 2012; 2014 Grammy winner for Best Rock Song, Paramore; Americana roots rockers, The Avett Brothers; Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, John Fogerty, who hasn’t played in Memphis in almost 30 years; today’s top touring hard rock artist, Five Finger Death Punch; Bowling Green, Kentucky rockers, Cage the Elephant, alternative rock and Beale Street Music Festival audience favorites Wilco and The Flaming Lips.
Two other significant artists making their Beale Street Music Festival debut are indie alternative rockers, Pixies and red-hot pop sensation, Hozier.
