Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge Wins 2016 Valued Partner Award

This prestigious award is bestowed on an annual basis, and honors American dealerships with the highest caliber of customer support.
Mercedes Benz Financial services uses several key performance indicators to determine which dealerships are eligible for the award. Out of the 108 dealerships in the Southern Region, only 11 stores were even qualified to compete.
The KPIs measure the dealership’s ability to provide top-notch customer care. Dealerships meet these benchmarks by participating in several programs which keep the purchasing and ownership experience convenient and pleasurable for all customers. The programs include adherence to funding package quality standards and offering First Class Protection Products which reduce out-of-pocket ownership expenses to all customers.
