Get the English Translation of Brazil’s DECREE No. 8.420 of 18 MARCH 2015
On 18 March, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff issued a presidential decree regulating the Clean Company Act which took effect on 28 January 2014. This law affects companies conducting direct or indirect activities in Brazil, whether through an employee, independent contractor, subsidiary or as part of a supply chain.
