Metropolitan targets 25% time saving with Mobysoft
Manchester (PRWEB UK) 15 December 2013 -- Metropolitan Housing, one of the country’s largest housing associations, has partnered with Mobysoft to improve the management of its rent arrears.
In the face of fundamental welfare reform, Metropolitan were keen to get a head start and review their approach to managing rent arrears. Working with Mobysoft, they implemented RentSense – a unique rent arrears decision engine which uses complex algorithms to analyse a tenant’s account and assess whether they are in genuine arrears, or technical arrears.
This enables Metropolitan to accurately identify which cases need further attention – and what level of attention, giving them the knowledge they need to use resources as efficiently as possible. Metropolitan estimate the technology could save their arrears staff 25% of time.
Jenny Danson, Executive Director, Metropolitan Housing commented:
“We’re delighted to be working with Mobysoft on this initiative, the programme aims to release up to 25% of staff time enabling Metropolitan staff to better manage workloads and have more time to focus on proactive tenant engagement.”
Derek Steele Mobysoft MD added:
"Mobysoft are proud to announce the start of an exciting new partnership with Metropolitan Housing. With our innovative RentSense product we have helped Housing Associations across the UK tackle Welfare reform head on, improving both efficiency levels and revenue collection."
