Figo won 127 caps for the Portuguese national football team, making him the most capped Portuguese player in history. He was the 2000 European Footballer of the Year, the 2001 FIFA World Player of the Year and was named amongst the FIFA 100.
Cannavaro is considered one of the greatest defenders of all time and was given the name “Muro di Berlino” which means “The Berlin Wall” by Italian supporters. He led Italy to the 2006 FIFA World Cup and overtook Paolo Maldini as the most capped player in the country’s history.
Ronaldinho won the FIFA World Player of the Year award in 2004 and 2005. He was an integral part of the 2002 FIFA World Cup winning team, starring alongside Ronaldo and Rivaldo in an attacking trio and was named in the FIFA World Cup All-Star Team.
Rayco Garcia, a member of the International Department of Real Madrid CF, said if someone thinks this is an old timer’s game they are sorely mistaken. He also hinted at some more big names that will be joining this historic match.

Ticket prices for the September 11th showdown start at $20 (group sales) with the most expensive $275 in both the Fiesta and Legends Suites which include food and beverage.
