Miami Retirement Living Takes Over Coachella
Miami, FL (PRWEB) April 21, 2014 -- Friendship & Co. and Blue Nun Wines brought together a select group of South Florida’s leading creative minds and a diverse selection of fun-havers from around the country under one historic roof during Coachella 2014. For the first annual “God’s Waiting Room at Tropical Acres” pool party, where more than 200 guests received the ultimate R+R treatment at a private home in Palm Springs, CA that once belonged to Frank Sinatra’s Mother, Dolly Sinatra.
Friendship & Co. partnered with Blue Nun Wines to make the case that: Too much of a good thing is a great thing. That’s why they brought the sand to the desert à la, bringing Miami to Coachella. Based on Miami of the 1970s, which saw a large migration of retirees to Florida for warmer weather and stress-free living, God’s Waiting Room featured an afternoon of hanging at the pool, playing croquet, BBQing and all the enjoyment that is retirement in Florida.
“God’s Waiting Room at Tropical Acres” provided all this and more including Blue Nun Wines sangria cocktails, refreshments by Mandarine Napoléon Grande Cuvée Liqueur and Stolen Rum, Pampelonne Sparking Wine, and beverages by Société Perrier. Attendees danced and lounged to beats by DJ Savannah Buffett, daughter of singer Jimmy Buffett.
