Michael Zuccchi Speaks at LITSP Accounting Technology Forum

Presented by Accounting Today and the NCCPAP, the Forum aimed to educate those in the accounting field on the new tools, technologies and strategies they need to grow in a competitive environment. The Forum offered networking opportunities and workshops in which industry leaders share their expertise.
Mr. Zucchi led two discussions during the forum. In the first, Pitching Technology to Your Partners & Staff, a team of experts offered strategies, processes and tips for introducing new technology tools to colleagues and staff. Technology initiatives cannot succeed unless people are willing to use them and this discussion helped people introduce them in a way that others will want to use and embrace them. The next panel, BYOD: Should You be Supporting a Variety of Devices?, taught participants how to embrace a variety of technological devices at the office. This included developing a mobile strategy, learning about devices and services available, how to protect against the loss of data, creating policies and procedures and the future of mobility.
Mr. Zucchi is very adept at educating others on the importance and power that new technology can bring to business. “Technology is changing at an ever increasing rate and the big question CPA’s are grappling with is how to handle this change. At Accounting Today & LITPS Accounting Technology Conference the wide array of speakers helped single CPA’s and large accounting firms identify what technologies are important, which ones are not, and most importantly, what to do about it.
