Michele Mazemke Hired as Marion Body Works' HR Manager

In her new position, Michele will oversee all major human resource programs and functions for the company. This includes employee relations and performance management, wage and salary administration, and growing a corporate culture that further establishes Marion Body Works as an employer of choice. She brings more than 18 years of management and HR experience to the job.
Curt Ignacio, President of Marion Body Works, believes Michele’s previous experience in manufacturing and with large companies will be instrumental in achieving the company’s objectives. “In her previous position, Michele was an HR leader of a company with more than 1,000 employees. She has great skills related to strategic staff planning, including developing highly effective recruiting and retention strategies. Prior to joining Marion, Michele was the Senior Human Resource Generalist at Sturm Foods Inc., where she was in charge of all strategic staff planning, training, and recruiting. Before that she held the role of Human Resource Manager at Steel King Industries, where she gained valuable knowledge about being an HR leader in the manufacturing industry.
