This month Taylor was asked by the White House to assist in providing front line stories from health centers in the region relative to outreach and enrollment efforts related to the implementation of the ACA. Health Centers in Maryland and Delaware were able to provide nine individuals seeking health insurance to the White House for their perspective on the importance of ACA.
MACHC is the federally designated Primary Care Association for Maryland and Delaware health centers. Members include community, migrant, and homeless Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and other locally based safety-net community health systems of care.
