In Fuljenz’s address to the attendees of that year’s NRA Foundation banquet, he urged them to follow the century-old advice of former U.S. President and NRA member Theodore Roosevelt to "speak softly and carry a big stick" to protect our Second Amendment rights and support gun ownership with sensible safety regulations.
