The addition of Leighton to the Sierra West team underlines their commitment to growth and quality. That’s where the new COO comes in. Before he came on with Sierra West Group, Leighton was an architect who used the services of Sierra West at several different architectural firms. “On bid day,” he says, “Our customers were never shocked or caught unawares. We always had estimates within a percent or two of the bids that came in, and for an architect that’s huge.” This instilled in him the implicit trust he still carries for Sierra West Group, and contributed to his decision to sign on to work with the team.
Leighton is one of the best-known registered architects and engineers in the Sacramento area.
