New branch manager Mike McGrath brings several decades of experience in the elevator industry. He has worked in Massachusetts, South Africa, and most recently he has been working in the Chesapeake, Virginia area. Mike’s dedicated sales experience is characterized by his determination to meet the customer’s needs regardless of any obstacles in the road. In fact, he has already hit the ground running with a recent project he worked on for the Caudill family of Yorktown, VA.
John and Loretta Caudill called 101 Mobility of Virginia Beach about a new stair lift. Loretta was in need of a stair lift to navigate her home after her release from the hospital, but her insurance was backed up due to a paperwork misfiling. The couple was anxious to have home access especially since her husband John, a pilot, was slated to leave on a trip the day after Loretta’s release. Mike and the top notch team from 101 Mobility of Virginia Beach stepped in and completed the job ahead of the paperwork to ensure the customer’s safety and satisfaction. The couple could not have been happier with the swift and hassle-free installation.
“We decided it was the best thing to do for the customer,” said Mike. “We went ahead and did the installation on a Sunday as to not impede on our already scheduled appointments on Monday. That way Loretta was taken care of and John could be confident that she would be able to access their home while he was away. Everything worked out great and the paperwork got sorted out first thing Monday morning without an issue.”
