Efficiency: Driven by advanced variable speed technology, the E.R.I.C metering pump is designed to handle low flows, with rates as low as .006 GPH (.023 L/H), up to 18 GPH (68 L/H) without being affected by changes in discharge pressure. A highly efficient mechanically actuated diaphragm provides maximum evacuation on every stroke, regardless of the capacity setting. This proven technology is easy to maintain and provides years of maximum up-time service.
Responsiveness: the E.R.I.C. metering pump’s innovative variable speed drive offers 1,000:1 turndown capabilities, with +/- 1 percent steady state accuracy. The new drive features instantaneous capacity adjustment capabilities that offer superior accuracy and responsiveness where system pressures fluctuate or are inconsistent. As a result, E.R.I.C. provides greater flexibility for handling a wide range of chemicals, polymers, viscous fluids and slurries.
Intelligence: the E.R.I.C. metering pump features enhanced process control capabilities that are built on a universal technology platform that can adapt as technology evolves. The backlit color display allows for convenient navigation in five languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese. The pump also features a universal power supply (100-240V, 50/60 Hz) that provides maximum flexibility.
Control: The E.R.I.C. metering pump series can communicate with a variety of digital and analog devices to administer a variety of control schemes such as pulse input, timed events, or batch processes. Remote connectivity enables control and feedback in real time.
