Mimio Announces Live Webinar Series on Using Its Latest Technology to Create Collaborative, Interactive Learning

Teachers who have gained expertise with Mimio’s collaborative technologies host the webinars. Two of the live 30-minute sessions will be presented on two different days to accommodate educators’ schedules.

What’s New with MimioStudio and MimioMobile?
This webinar examines the teaching opportunities presented by the new features in the recently updated MimioStudio™ 11 classroom software and MimioMobile™ application. The presenter is Travis Rink, an educator advocacy leader at Mimio and a former high school science teacher. He will take attendees through the numerous ways that the software and application can be used on Apple and Android mobile devices, from creating collaboration opportunities to formative assessment options.

Webinar attendees will learn how to enhance students’ collaboration skills with MimioStudio 11 software and the new MimioMobile app. The presenter, Paul Gigliotti, is a high school social studies teacher in Cleveland, Ohio. He will provide tips and suggestions for using the many features of the enhanced tools to facilitate and encourage collaboration in the classroom. Attendees will also be introduced to some of the new collaboration lessons and activities that are available at no charge on mimioconnect.com, Mimio’s online community for educators.
