Minco Technology Labs, LLC and Northrop Grumman Corporation Ink Distribution Agreement
Austin, TX (PRWEB) November 18, 2014 -- Minco Technology Labs, LLC (Minco) and Northrop Grumman Corporation have signed a distribution agreement authorizing Minco to market and sell Northrop Grumman’s line of radiation hardened semiconductor products to customers in North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim.

The initial products offered include a family of radiation hardened EEPROMs, analog multiplexers (MUXs), and a line of RF Power Transistors. The EEPROMs are built using SONOS (Silicon-Oxide-Nitride-Oxide-Silicon) technology offering excellent data retention over high temperatures (hundreds of years at 125 Deg C and 5 years at 225 Deg C) and greater than 10 years retention for 300 krad (Si) space applications. The Bipolar Power Transistor devices can source up to 250 Watts while supporting a variety of radar and transponder applications operating in the 960 Mhz to 2900 Mhz frequency spectrum.
