Mindfulness is a Must for Living a Truly Full Life
NEW HAVEN, Conn. (PRWEB) July 25, 2016 -- Sometimes it’s difficult to differentiate between the truth and the lie, the person and the stereotype, the right and the wrong.
In “Blind Innocence,” author A. Adams Jones provides readers with a story of one man’s endeavor to be his best self, against all odds. Jones sets the stage for a story of struggle, perseverance, peace and acceptance while also promoting inclusion of all people and a need for education on mental illnesses, abuse problems, homelessness and sexually transmitted diseases.
“This story is about enlightenment, awareness, honesty and truth,” Jones said. “People go out into the world holding onto preconceived notions about how people are and what’s going on in the world. I want people to love and respect one another, no matter the situation.”
Jones is an ordained minister and mother of five who is tired of seeing hate in the world around her and wants to promote forgiveness and redemption and to see a change in the world.
“I wrote this book in order to hopefully inspire people enough to have a change of heart as to making good decisions in life,” Jones said. “I’m hoping after reading this story they will be inspired to love one another, to be at peace within their hearts and to forgive those who have trespassed against them.”
