Mindlogr Introduces Guided Logbooks to their Private Vlogging Platform

Good mental health is a hot topic these days together with better well being, mindfulness and stress management. It seems that the world is finally waking up to the idea that taking care of the mind is the single most important habit to cultivate in life.
In many ways the success of projects like Headspace, and Happify prove that people are looking for solutions to help them self improve and much of this has been spurred on as a result of the mainstream interest in lifelogging via wearable technology.

The new guided log section works in a similar manner and a variety of topics and categories will be covered. These guides will help users to talk around a specific point or topic in order to get their thinking from point A to point B and hopefully reach a resolution.
Mindlogr uses private vlogging as a mechanism for users to express their private thoughts without judgement, allowing people to be themselves and release all the mental stress they have in their lives. By providing additional guides to the platform, Mindlogr is hoping to introduce vlogging to a whole new audience of users who need guidance to get started on their own mental wellbeing.
Digital health and digital wellbeing is one of the talking points that is raising a lot of interest because the problems within it are so vast yet hardly any digital solutions have been created to help address the problems.
