Minnesota Green Home Builder Guarantees No Net Energy Bills on Fall Parade of HomesSM Model #299

The $899,000 price tag includes an allowance to finish the “chose your own build out” bonus space. Although not 100% built to ADA standards, the home offers buyers the ability to stay in the home during the later years of their life and offers a solution to families who may need to accommodate persons in a wheel chair.
