MIT Leadership Center Exec to Speak at 2015 Georgia Technology Summit
Atlanta, Georgia. (PRWEB) December 16, 2014 -- Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) today announced that Hal Gregerson, Executive Director of the MIT Leadership Center, will be one of the keynote speakers at the annual Georgia Technology Summit on March 25, 2015.
In addition to his role at the MIT Leadership Center, Gregerson serves as a Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management where he pursues his vocation of executive teaching, coaching, and research by exploring how leaders in business, government, and society discover provocative new ideas, develop the human and organizational capacity to realize those ideas, and ultimately deliver positive, powerful results.
Gregersen is also the author of the recent book, “The Innovator’s DNA: Mastering the Five Skills of Disruptive Innovators” (Harvard Business Review Press) which uncovers the code for the successful innovator in business — and beyond. Unlike other books that help organizations simply maximize execution, “The Innovator’s DNA” demonstrates how execution alone can become a dead-end destination unless you cultivate enough competent innovators within your company to make crucial new discoveries.

The 2015 Georgia Technology Summit is expected to draw a crowd of more than 1,300 C-level executives, entrepreneurs, technology professionals and academia to celebrate and recognize Georgia’s technology community. In addition to presentations from some of the top technology influencers in the nation, forty new companies will be named to TAG’s Top 40 Innovative Companies and the newest member of the Technology Hall of Fame of Georgia will be inducted.
