Mixed Roots Foundation Teams Up with AT&T and John Burton Foundation to Celebrate 5 Year Anniversary with the SF Giants – Tuesday, September 27, 7:15 p.m. at AT&T Park
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) September 07, 2016 -- Mixed Roots Foundation, AT&T and John Burton Foundation have teamed up to celebrate Mixed Roots Foundation’s 5 Year Anniversary by hosting a special ‘Adoptee Night’ with the SF Giants as they take on the Colorado Rockies on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 7:15 p.m. at AT&T Park. AT&T will be sponsoring 480 kids and the John Burton Foundation will be sponsoring 200 kids to assist with reaching the goal of sending 1,500 kids to the game along with providing the signature Adoptee Night rally towels that will be given to each Adoptee Night attendee. Mixed Roots Foundation will also be honoring AT&T President of California, Ken McNeely for not only supporting this special event but more importantly recognize his work he does within the community and beyond.

Mixed Roots Foundation will not only honor Ken McNeely of AT&T for his work in the community, but they will also celebrate and recognize a couple of organizations including the John Burton Foundation on the field that are doing the good work on behalf of the adoption and foster care community. Along with AT&T as the presenting sponsor and special honorees, Mixed Roots Foundation has also teamed up with Fiona Ma, Chairwoman, California State Board of Equalization, First Place for Youth, On Your Feet Foundation, Pact, An Adoption Alliance, Our Family Coalition, MindBomb Clothing, Connect Studios, and RGR Entertainment as well as several other individuals, businesses and organizations to help recruit adoptees, foster youth and their families to participate in the special event in the San Francisco Bay area.
Mixed Roots Foundation will also host a pregame VIP Meet & Greet reception at the Anchor Plaza at AT&T Park from at 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. where fans will have the opportunity to meet and network with one another and special VIP guests as well as learn about important post adoption resources in the greater community. Adoptee Night ticket holders will be seated in an exclusive Adoptee Night section where everyone is encouraged to wear orange and black or SF Giants attire to match the SF Giants team colors.

Ken McNeely serves as President of AT&T California. In this role, Ken oversees all AT&T government affairs, public policy, philanthropic, and social engagement initiatives in the state of California.
