MOBI Named a Top Workplace by the IndyStar

INDIANAPOLIS (PRWEB) June 27, 2018 -- MOBI, a mobility management software (MMS) company that enables enterprises to centralize, comprehend, and control their connected device ecosystem, was named one of the IndyStar’s Top 2018 Workplaces in the midsize company category. MOBI was one of 90 central Indiana employers who scored well enough on internal employee assessments to earn recognition on this year’s Top Workplaces list.

For the 10th year in a row, the IndyStar partnered with Energage, an employee research and consulting firm, to determine central Indiana’s Top Workplaces list. More than 1,000 regional employers were invited to take the survey, with 125 opting to participate. Employees at each company were asked questions across seven key areas:

  • Alignment – Where is the company headed, what are its values and do employees work in a collaborative environment?
  • Effectiveness – Do employees get things done? Do they share workloads and new ideas often?
  • Connection – Do employees feel appreciated and that their work is meaningful?
  • My manager – Do these positions care about employee concerns enough to help people learn and grow?
  • Employee engagement – Do workers stay motivated, loyal and optimistic about where they work?
  • Leader – Do employees place their confidence and trust in company executives?
  • Basics – Are workers satisfied with their pay, benefits, flexibility, training, expectations, etc.?
