Modesto Fitness Centers, Fit Body Boot Camp, Give Locals a Jump Start on 2014 New Year’s Resolutions by Launching Six-Week Fitness Challenge
Modesto, CA (PRWEB) December 28, 2013 -- In an effort to help area residents get a jump start on their New Year’s Resolutions, local Modesto fitness centers, known as Fit Body Boot Camp, are gearing up to launch their 6 Week Revolution on Monday, January 6th, 2014.
Participants of the six-week fitness challenge pay a discounted rate and receive access to fat-burning boot camp sessions, meal plans and nutritional support as well as complete accountability to ensure fitness goals are met. Points will also be given out periodically, and those who collect the most points will win prizes including Galaxy tablet, a cash prize of $300, and a high-end makeover worth over $300.
Owner and operator of the Modesto Fit Body Boot Camp (and the East Modesto location), local fitness expert Sonya Gonzalez, says she is excited to start her annual 6 Week Revolution because she wants to help the community get back on track after they have had an indulgent holiday season.
She explains, “I feel people need a jump start after all the holidays are over to get back on track. The 6 Week Revolution is really motivating because it’s a lot of fun and there are prizes involved. Modesto and Modesto East Fit Body Boot Camp’s 6 Week Revolution Challenge was created to give those who do not currently belong to the boot camp a chance to experience the results that members typically encounter when they sign on. Specializing in functional workouts that incorporate elements of cardio and High Intensity Interval Training, Fit Body Boot Camp’s members will see a difference in their physique after a period of six weeks.
