Modus eDiscovery Appoints John Crites as Chief Information Officer

Crites will lead all software development and integration, technology infrastructure, information security and related accreditation initiatives to continue Modus’ positive momentum and growth.
Crites brings with him more than 30 years of technology and information security experience supporting global enterprises and emerging growth companies in private and public markets. He has a solid background in software development, private and cloud-based infrastructure development and technology auditing and security.

Prior to joining Modus, Crites was the owner and CEO of Triangle WhiteHat Services, providing infrastructure architecture and information security certification services for companies such as the Fossil Group in Dallas, Texas, and Shenzhen, China, and Network Financial Printing in New York City. He also draws on the experience gained as the former CIO at RTI International and the former CEO of the Microelectronics Center of North Carolina (MCNC) and AuctionBlox LLC. Crites is the founder and CEO of the Triangle Technology Executives Council (TTEC), a nonprofit organization providing education and executive networking/collaboration for the community of CIOs and CTOs in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina.
