Moffitt Dental Center Located In Eagle Grove, Iowa Is Now Under Ownership Of Dr. Jordan Moffitt And Will Be Expanding Services To Their New Location Later This Year
Eagle Grove, Iowa (PRWEB) June 07, 2016 -- Family traditions in a well-known dental center will soon see new faces and surroundings. Dr. Jordan Moffitt is pleased to announce the purchase of Moffitt Dental Center from Dr. Mike Moffitt, his father. The transition of the family business insures the Eagle Grove community and much of north central Iowa of continued fine dental care and services that patients have experienced at the well-known Dental Center over the last several decades.
With the purchase of the business, Dr. Jordan Moffitt also announced that the Dental Center will be relocating later this year to a property purchased on South Commercial/Highway 17 in Eagle Grove that is currently undergoing a complete renovation. The new and larger dental office, which will be unique in that it is a former church building, will offer eight spacious operatory rooms, waiting areas, and state of the art digital dental equipment. Additional staff will also be joining the practice, included are plans for an additional dentist.
Dr. Jordan Moffitt is a long-time Eagle Grove resident graduating from Eagle Grove High School and then, after college, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Creighton University School of Dentistry. After receiving his dental degree, Dr. Jordan Moffitt joined his father in the family practice. Many Fort Dodge residents have met Dr. Jordan Moffitt as he has been helping Dr. John Clay in the new Clay and Associates DDS, PLC dental offices.
“I enjoy working alongside my father and learning from him. He is a great mentor. I feel like I have really big shoes to fill”, says Dr. Jordan Moffitt. “Having Dr. Mike continue to practice part-time in our new center and location is both an honor and a great partnership.”
Dr. Mike Moffitt will continue to offer his prosthetic dentistry on a part-time basis alongside his son. This specialty focuses on complex dentistry, cosmetics, dentures, and implantology. Dr. Mike is considered a highly respected expert in providing this service to patients across Iowa and the Midwest. Dr. Jordan is also providing these complicated prosthetic services.
