Mohr Partners Appoints Eric Beichler to Manage Dallas Brokerage Operations
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 17, 2014 -- Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, has appointed Eric Beichler, Managing Principal, to manage the Dallas brokerage office. Mr. Beichler’s responsibilities involve substantial growth plans for the Dallas office, business development and oversight and assistance for Dallas brokers.
Mr. Beichler joined Mohr Partners over 21 years ago and was promoted to Managing Partner in 1998. As an Equity Partner, Principal and Executive of the firm, he has been instrumental in many areas of the company as it has experienced substantial growth through recruiting, client sourcing and retention. Mr. Beichler was recognized as Mohr Partners’ Broker of the Year in 1997 and 2002, and Partner of the Year in 2005.
Throughout his tenure, Mr. Beichler has represented many organizations with their strategic portfolio planning and overall occupancy cost reductions including specific transactions including dispositions, leasing, buy outs, investment sales and sale-leasebacks. He has also held both operational and managerial positions within the firm from time to time. Specifically, throughout 2004 he served as the interim Director of the Portfolio Account Management department. Mr. Beichler was responsible for developing Mohr Partners’ global reach, and has handled transactions in five countries and over thirty states. He also negotiated one of the company’s single-largest transactions involving a regional headquarters location in New Jersey for a Fortune 500 client.
