Montage Congratulates CandE Winners
Delafield, Wis. (PRWEB) October 02, 2017 -- Montage, the leading provider of purpose-built video and voice interviewing solutions to the world’s most well respected brands, including 100 of the Fortune 500, congratulates the winners of Talent Board’s 2017 North America Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards.
“We are thrilled to again find our clients recognized among this prestigious group and we applaud them for achieving these best-in-class ratings by job candidates,” commented Kurt Heikkinen, president and CEO of Montage. “It is a testament to their innovation in embracing voice and video interviewing technology and their commitment to providing the best candidate experience possible,” he added.
Since the inception of the CandE Awards, several Montage clients have been among the winners. This year’s winners include Verizon, Humana, JetBlue, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Brown-Forman Inc., Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Colorado Springs Utilities, and Sharp HealthCare.
“At Brown-Forman we have always pursued a richer interaction with candidates by engaging with them and delivering a better experience. The team at Montage has been helping us to do that since we began working together in 2010. This award is a validation not just of our candidate experience, but also of Montage’s success in helping us to deliver that experience over the past eight years,” said Arelis Correa, Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at Brown-Forman.
Winners were identified through a blind data analysis based on their job candidates’ satisfaction survey scores. To qualify, each company committed to a statistically significant candidate response rate, where the proportion of respondents not hired met or exceeded a set standard. Multiple factors in the data summaries were considered in the final analysis, however, three key questions had a significant impact on determining the winners. These questions focused specifically on the likelihood that the candidate would reapply to the organization, whether or not the candidates would refer other job seekers to the organization and the candidates overall ranking of their specific candidate experience. The 50 winners are organizations that received the highest positive candidate experience ratings.
Along with the 50 CandE Winners, all employers participating in this year’s Candidate Experience Awards will be celebrated at the 2017 North American CandEs Symposium and Awards Gala, taking place on Monday, October 2, 2017 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.
