Montreal to Host LocWorld – Conference examines how to engage global customers
Montreal, Canada (PRWEB) September 29, 2016 -- More than 600 global business executives from 45 countries are expected to attend this fall’s LocWorld conference in Montreal, October 26-28.
The conference, which features nine tracks, has a special focus on engaging global customers.
LocWorld brings together delegates who are engaged in the business of adapting products, services and communications to an international language or culture so as to appear native to that particular region. Speakers at the conference include representatives from Box, Cisco Systems, Dell, Facebook, Foursquare, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Salesforce and many others.
The conference, produced by MultiLingual Computing, Inc. and The Localization Institute, will be held at the Hotel Bonaventure.

Donald Cooper, president, The Donald Cooper Corporation, will deliver the keynote, “The ‘Business’ of Language…the Language of Business…Engaging Global Customers, Profitably!” which will draw from his decades of experience in many industries. Donald has an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario followed by 18 years as executive director of Cooper Canada.
The preconference day will include round tables on life sciences, growth strategies, sales and marketing and translation technology. There will also be localization for startups, sessions on quality management and more.
