Moore Design Group, Martin Fein Model Greener Living Through Sustainably-Planned Multifamily Projects

This summer, MDG and Fein broke ground on a second luxury multi-family property in Springwoods Village, The Mark at CityPlace. The Mark will feature 8,051 square feet of retail on the first floor, which is expected to open in the first quarter of 2017. The first units are expected to be delivered by the end of 2016.
Springwoods Village is a new model of sustainability and greener living, preserving its natural ecosystems, building energy-smart housing, and reducing the need for cars by providing a walkable mix of shopping, dining, offices and public amenities.
