More Effective Leg Rotation/Foot-Drop Correction Aid Invented by InventHelp Client (OCM-1146)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) April 11, 2017 -- Due to nerve damage caused by back surgery, an inventor from La Puente, Calif., has foot drop and outward rotation of the leg at 45 degrees when he walks. Also, his hip, and knee lock up. "In order to correct these problems in order to walk properly and with minimal discomfort, I came up with this therapeutic design," he said.
He then created a prototype and developed the LEASH AND BELT LEG ROTATION CORRECTION, a therapeutic device that corrects the problems of leg rotation and foot drop in an easy and efficient manner in order to help improve mobility. It avoids dragging of the toes and awkward leg movements, such as inward or outward rotation, due to overcompensation. As a result, the device promotes comfort and peace of mind.
Ergonomic, easy to use and producible in many design variations, this device is ideal for anyone with leg-rotation problems and foot drop, diabetes, hip-/knee-replacement patients, stroke victims, MS patients, cerebral palsy patients, polio patients, etc. It can be used without shoes and worn under clothes.
The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
